Our Background
Now mostly known for serving spaghetti cacio e pepe from a wheel of parmesan cheese, founders Scott Wheeler and Joey Ashton have been the best of friends since their school days. Their skills have taken them as far as Sydney Australia where Scott worked as a fundraising manager for world renowned charities and Joey worked his way up to an Executive Chef of a multi-million-dollar hospitality group. Once they had both decided to move back to the UK it was time to combine their experience and passion to create Feast Brothers. With a deep love for hospitality, they wanted total control of where the food comes from and where it ends up. Now they cater for all private events and travel all around the country in their food trailer, serving quality meats, cheeses, pastas and more to wedding guests, festival and market goers. They started with one humble little food trailer, serving pasta to the people of North Wales on the beach. They now have 2 trailers and 2 shops with a base in Somerset, England and another in Anglesey, Wales. Fully equipped to serve food at events all around the UK.
Our Ethos
Our belief is that the best food is made with the finest ingredients and we go above and beyond to source them for you. Sustainably sourced organic, free-range salt marsh lamb from Anglesey. Spaghetti Cacio E Pepe served from a wheel of Pecorino Romano sheep’s cheese, which we have especially imported from Sardinia. These are some examples of how we source the best produce. These dishes encompass our philosophy and passion in creating great quality food and experiences.
